Hannemari strongly believes in using exercise to help people achieve their best physical health!
With more than 19 years experience working as an Exercise Physiologist/Biokineticist and Physiotherapist, in South Africa, Hong Kong and Australia, Hannemari’s interest in Women’s Health, Sport Biomechanics and Lumbo-Pelvic conditions was ignited.

Hannemari has extensive knowledge and experience in working with runners – both men and women - to assist them to run injury free. She especially enjoys working with post-natal women to help them return to exercise and sport.
In addition to Exercise Prescription, she uses Manual Therapy, Integrated Dry Needling and Clinical Pilates as complementary treatments.
Hannemari regularly attends advance courses to extend her practice and improve her knowledge and skills in
physiotherapy, Women’s and Men’s Health, and Exercise Rehabilitation
